We want you to love your Bianclouds pieces, and while we do not accept returns, we are happy to assist you with exchanges for eligible items. Please read the policy below carefully before making a request.

Exchange Period

• All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours (2x24 hours) of receiving your item.
• Requests made after this period may be rejected and sent back to you.

Conditions for Exchange

• Items must be in their original condition as received—unworn, unwashed, with no defects, stains, tears, or odors.
• Each item will be inspected upon return. If it does not meet these conditions, the exchange will be declined.

Non-Eligible Items

• Final sale items (including discounted or sale items).
• Pre-order items (as they are made specifically for you).
• Merchandise items such as T-shirts, tote bags, and socks.
• Items that do not meet the condition requirements.
  

Exchange Process

1. Contact us at biancloudsactivewear@gmail.com or DM us with your order number and reason for the exchange.
2. For defective or incorrect items, please provide a video of the unboxing for verification.
3. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you the new size or replacement item as soon as possible.
